A month or so ago, based on all the signals the Tampa Bay Buccaneers were giving off, it seemed like it would be a major surprise if they didn’t go with Florida State quarterback Jameis Winston as the first overall pick of this year’s draft. Well, maybe a major surprise is brewing. ESPN analyst Ron Jaworski said that he has heard from NFL folks that Oregon quarterback Marcus Mariota will be going first overall to the Buccaneers. “The latest I’m hearing now from my sources around the league, who are pretty wired in, is that he’s going to go number one now to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers,” Jaworski told CSN’s ‘Philly Sports Talk,’ via PhillyMag.com .
