Indianapolis Colts fear broken ankle for Ahmad Bradshaw (Yahoo Sports)

According to multiple reports, the Indianapolis Colts fear that running back Ahmad Bradshaw has suffered a broken ankle. Tests are expected to confirm their suspicions later Monday. Bradshaw is a key weapon for the Colts’ offense, and it was clear that the New England Patriots focused on taking him out of the equation in Sunday night’s 42-20 victory. The onus now falls on Trent Richardson to carry the load for the Colts, which is a scary proposition considering his limitations as a receiver and runner. Can the Colts possibly ask Andrew Luck to throw even more? He currently leads the… Read More

Mad Dash: Knicks fan ignores career to follow team for a season (Yahoo Sports)

There are probably people who love the NBA but wouldn’t attend every Knicks home and away game for a season even if you paid them. Over the course of a few hours on Sunday evening, the NFC North division title was decided.  Not mathematically. Far from that. The Lions have been squeaking by teams, no matter how good or bad they are, for… Read More

Carson Palmer to IR; Bruce Arians thinks Cardinals can win Super Bowl anyway (Yahoo Sports)

He wouldn’t be Bruce Arians if he didn’t say the Arizona Cardinals could win the Super Bowl without their starting quarterback. Arians is a confident coach and that rubs off on his team. However, his hubris will be tested. Carson Palmer is headed to injured reserve with what Arians confirmed is a torn ACL in his left knee. It’s the same knee Palmer injured in the playoffs at the end of the 2005 season. Now Drew Stanton steps in for a team with an NFL-best 8-1 record. Stanton, in his eighth NFL season, has seven career starts. He has completed… Read More
